Coordinating CME without the year-end crunch

How are you keeping CME credits tidy across RSNA/ACR offerings and the hospital LMS without end-of-cycle chaos? I coordinate for 12 radiologists, with renewal checkpoints in March and September, and while HealthStream plus a shared tracker keeps us compliant, reconciling certificates and confirming AMA Category 1 and any required self-assessment elements still eats hours at quarter-end. If you’ve implemented a tool or workflow that auto-ingests PDFs and flags gaps — bonus if it integrates with QGenda for protected CME blocks — could you share what’s working?

I stopped chasing certificates by hand and set a shared “CME-intake” inbox with rules that auto-forward RSNA/ACR confirmations to a Drive folder, where a tiny Apps Script renames files (YYYY-MM Clinician-Provider-Activity) and flags “AMA Category 1” and “SA-CME” from the email text. It turned month-end into a two-minute review; only caveat is everyone has to claim using their hospital email so the filters catch them; would you try that?
